Admission Process

  • Application and Prospectus should be received from the St. Anne's School of Nursing, Ulhatu.
  • The completed application forms should reach before the prescribed date.
  • Application must be filled by applicant in her own handwriting.
  • We will assist students in preparing for the Certified Public Accounting Exam through our self study programs.

Following Documents have to be submitted with the application form

Incomplete Application form and documents will be rejected

  • Matric Mark Sheet & Board Certificates.
  • Intermediate / 10+2 Mark Sheet and Board Certificate.
  • Character Certificate.
  • Medical fitness Certificate.
  • Parish Priest recommendation letter for Christian candidates.
  • Mukhya's recommendation letter for non Christia candidates.

Additional Documents Required

Additional Documents required for selected ST, SC, OBC candidate on admission

On the day of admission candidate should submit all the original certificates and Ten(10) passport size photographs for all students

  • Caste Certificate(for reserved category candidate).
  • Income Certificate.
  • Residential Certificate.
  • Medical fitness Certificate.
  • Original academic certificates & Marksheets.
  • Xerox copy of Aadhar Card.
